Services
Guest Services
West Edmonton Mall has three Guest Services centres. Guest Services are located on Level One in the Orange Zone, across from Galaxyland's Main Gate, on Level One in the Orange Zone, on the East side of the Ice Palace, and on Level One in the Yellow Zone by the Santa Maria. Representatives are available during Mall retail hours to direct and assist with Mall information and Special Event Information. Gift Cards, Super Savings Coupon Books and Season Attraction Passes may be purchased here. Guest Services also assist with Ticket Master, WEMisphere, wheelchairs, scooters, and a variety of other services.
Parking - Special Needs
Parking for those with special needs is available at all of West Edmonton Mall's Entrances.
Stroller Rentals
Strollers (Cosmobiles) are available to rent for $5.00 (incl. $1.00 deposit) at Entrances 2, 8, 48 & 50.
Scooter Rentals
Electric Scooters are available to rent for a nominal fee, located at Visitor Information.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available at no charge (first come first served) at Visitor Information Centre.
Elevators
Elevators serve each Zone of West Edmonton Mall for easy access.
Restrooms
Located throughout the Mall, restrooms have wheelchair accessible stalls and most feature change tables for infants.
Lockers
Lockers are available throughout the Mall for a nominal fee.
Shopping Carts
"SmarteCarts" are available throughout the Mall for a nominal fee.
Chapel
The Marketplace Chapel is located on Level Two in the Blue Zone, near the Fantasyland Hotel. The Chapel is open during Mall shopping hours.
